Black Bean Brownies



Prep & Cook Time: 30 minutes
Yields: 36-48 brownies

Ingredients: 60 ounces (2 large cans) canned black beans rinsed and strained
½ cup cocoa powder
2 cups quick cooking oats
1 tsp salt
2 cups honey
1 cup canola oil
2 TBL & 2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
2 ½ cups chocolate chips

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in food processor until completely smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into greased pan and sprinkle some chocolate chips on top. Bake for 15-18 minutes. They may look undercooked but will not be. Let cool at least 10 minutes then place in fridge for a few hours
